Client information, project materials, and findings are never shared or disclosed to third parties.
Deliverables are prepared exclusively for the commissioning client and remain their property upon delivery.

Terms of Work

All intelligence is collected solely from lawful, open-source materials and verified public records.
No intrusive, illegal, or covert collection methods are ever used.
Analytical conclusions represent professional judgment based on verified data available at the time of reporting.
All engagements are governed by mutual non-disclosure and a written agreement before work begins.

Data Ethics & Verification Statement

My work follows a data ethics framework based on legality, accuracy, and respect for individual privacy.
Each report undergoes a three-step verification process:

  1. Source validation: Confirming reliability and authenticity of data.

  2. Cross-checking: Comparing multiple independent sources for consistency.

  3. Analytical transparency: Clearly separating verified facts from interpretation or inference.

All research complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant data-handling standards.

Terms of Service

All projects begin with a written agreement and a 50% advance payment, which secures the engagement and is non-refundable once research begins.
The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before release of the final deliverables.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer or other approved electronic methods.

Cancellations:
If the Client cancels after research has started, the initial deposit is retained to cover time and resources.
If the Contractor is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will be refunded in full.

Delivery:
Timelines are estimated based on project scope and may adjust if additional data or clarifications are required.
Any delay will be communicated promptly.

Scope:
Work is performed as defined in the project brief. Additional requests outside the original scope may require a new quotation and timeline adjustment.

Usage:
Reports and findings are intended for internal decision-making and may not be published or redistributed without written consent.
